Damage deposit is returned by check once the cleaner has inspected and cleaned the cabin.

Keypad is located on the door and pin code is last four digits of your phone number.

We are very firm on having no parties or gatherings.

Cabin is located on private cul-de-sac with very few cabins. No resort feeling with many cabins.

Maximum 2 adult guests and children under 15. Reservation is valid for you and guest at time of booking. 

There is security system with outdoor cameras for your safety.

For many years, our family has been enjoying the Smoky Mountains. Just like most people do, we fell in love instantly! Our children who are now ages 21 and 18, consider this our 

 Panoramic Breathtaking views of Mt. Leconte.
