Booking through this website assigns your consent to all listed under "House Rules".
NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS ALLOWED!
All guests must comply with terms of lease and community policies.
Any violation of "House Rules" will be justification for immediate termination of the reservation without refund,
non-return of security deposit and possible additional charges.
Maximum 2 adult guests. Reservation is valid for you and guest at time of booking. If number of adult/total guests exceeds maximum you will be asked to leave with no refund. We are very firm on having no parties or gatherings.
Please shower before using the hot tub if you have used tanning oils or body lotions as these will severely impact the water quality and may damage the motor. Do not use bubble bath, soap or similar products in the hot tub or you will incur a fee $75 for additional hot tub cleaning service, as the residue can be time-consuming to clean from the lines.
Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.

damaged property.

Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations up to 60 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 60 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.

We suggest 4 wheel drive during winter months.
